Urine analysis (no culture) and/or Microalbumin

1 Take a clean but non-sterile container. Clean, rinse, and dry the container thoroughly.

2 Collect a sample (about 30 ml or 2 tablespoons) in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before your appointment time. Never collect samples from the night before.

3 Suggestion: For caution, wrap the container in a resealable (zip-lock) bag for transport.
